PURPOSE

The Eastern Shore of Maryland Educational Consortium Energy Trust
(ESMEC-ET) is a cooperative administrative organization established under
a Trust Agreement dated May 21, 2001 for the procurement of electricity, fuels
 and related services on behalf of the nine Founding School Boards and other
Energy Trust Participants.
