The Eastern Shore of Maryland Educational Consortium Energy Trust (ESMEC-ET) is a cooperative administrative organization established pursuant to Section 4-123 of the Education Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland, and under a Trust Agreement dated May 21, 2001 for the procurement of electricity, fuels, and related services on behalf of the nine founding school boards and other Energy Trust participants.
